Hi, I’m Jennifer—a birth doula grounded in compassion, strength, and the deep belief that every family deserves informed, respectful support through their birthing journey.

Originally from the beautiful state of Maine, I’m now a proud mother of two incredible girls who continually inspire my work and remind me of the resilience within parenthood. My own birth experiences led me to this path, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside families as they welcome new life.

I offer calm, consistent care through pregnancy, labor, and birth, always honoring evidence-based practices and your right to make informed choices. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I strive to hold space that feels safe, empowering, and rooted in trust.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll likely find me on the field coaching youth softball—another way I stay connected to community and service, values that shape everything I do as a doula.
