Rachel Costello

Doula

Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Rachel was called to birth work after the arrival of her first child—a transformative experience that inspired her to become a certified Doula through DONA International. With a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Rachel brings both compassion and clinical insight to her work with families.

Before joining One Love, she spent three years at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital as a Milk Technician and now supports efforts to advance clinical research. Her goal as a doula is to empower women and families to experience pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence, support, and joy.

When she’s not supporting births, you can find Rachel enjoying beach days with her family, training for her next big race, reading, or cooking nourishing meals.
